A Cisco Pre-Sales Engineer for Hospitals and Healthcare designs and presents technical solutions (networking, security, cloud, collaboration) to healthcare clients, addressing challenges like patient data security, operational efficiency, and digital transformation, requiring deep tech skills, business acumen, and partnership with sales teams to win deals, focusing on secure, compliant, outcome-driven digital health infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Solution Design: Architect and present integrated Cisco solutions for healthcare providers.
* Client Engagement: Understand strategic goals, build relationships, and position tech to solve unique challenges
* Sales Cycle Leadership: Collaborate with Account Managers, lead technical discovery, deliver demos, create proposals, and ensure seamless support.
* Market Expertise: Provide insights on healthcare trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to shape strategies.
* Digital Transformation: Drive adoption of AI, automation, and secure infrastructure for better patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Cisco's portfolio and relevant healthcare IT standards.
* Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, compliance, and strategic needs.
