NDIS Administrator/Rostering Officer
Local | Small, supportive NDIS provider
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
We are seeking an experienced NDIS Administrator & Rostering Officer to join our growing team.
This position will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate. We are also open to full-time applicants where suitable.
Key Responsibilities
* NDIS administration including service agreements, documentation, participant intake & compliance support
* Staff rostering and coordination
* Managing emails, calendars, and all general office administration
* Liaising with support workers, participants, families, coordinators and other stakeholders
* Supporting smooth day-to-day operations
* Liaise and coordinate with management to support day-to-day operations
* Undertake additional administrative tasks as required
* Approve staff timesheets on a fortnightly basis
* Manage office supplies and inventory
* Complete inductions & Training
* Assist with a shared on call roster
* Assist the CEO with other tasks where and when required
* A extra plus if you have experience in invoicing, service agreements and ability to learn Paycat payroll with our outsourced team.
About You
* Proven experience in NDIS administration (ideal)
* Experience with rostering within disability or support services
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Professional, clear communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a small business environment
* Knowledge of NDIS systems and compliance requirements
* Ability to multi task
* Understand compliance and auditing
* Exceptional customer service
