Human Capital Management / Workforce Management system
. We are seeking a highly capable
Project Manager
to lead this program and ensure the project is delivered
on time, within budget, and to a high standard of excellence
.
About the Role
This is a high-impact project leadership role responsible for managing timelines, budget, scope, risks, governance and stakeholder alignment. You will chair regular internal project meetings, document minutes and actions, and ensure all internal teams deliver their components on time.
While the role includes some business analysis and training documentation, the
primary focus is project management discipline and delivery
.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the HRIS implementation project from initiation to go-live.
Ensure all milestones, deliverables and deadlines are met or exceeded.
Manage the project budget, scope and timelines with strong governance.
Chair internal stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track actions.
Maintain project plans, risk registers, issues logs and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate testing, data migration, integrations and readiness activities.
Conduct business analysis when needed and support process documentation.
Develop training guides, Quick Reference Guides and SOPs.
Provide leadership during go-live and post-implementation support.
What You'll Bring
Strong project management experience delivering HRIS, payroll or workforce management projects.
Proven success delivering projects
on time and within budget
.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive accountability.
Experience chairing meetings and documenting minutes/actions.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with training materials and process documentation.
