Job Summary:
The objective of this role is to secure and maintain a high-quality portfolio of credit products with a focus on new vehicles and personal mortgage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the growth of credit sales and deposit targets through direct selling of mortgages, consumer finance products and fixed deposits.
* Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including new vehicle dealerships, real estate agents, property developers, lawyers, large businesses and other key partners to create a pipeline of business opportunities.
* Manage and grow the existing portfolio by building and broadening the scope of client relationships and increasing wallet share of customers.
* Focus on delivering exceptional, personalized service to all existing and new customers.
* Continuously identify and contact future loan prospects for additional financing within the existing portfolio.
* Provide consultancy-based services to customers involving other team members as needed, especially for new fixed deposits.
* Ensure timely resolution of complaints and customer queries.
* Monitor competitors' new vehicle, consumer loans and mortgage product offers and sales activities, making recommendations for new products and marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and follow up on any breaches to prevent degradation of service to customers.
