About the role
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and driven Gym Sales Consultant to join our energetic team at Plus Fitness 24/7 St Peters. This is a casual opportunity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Based in St Peters NSW, you'll be the face of our gym – helping grow our membership base while delivering outstanding customer service and living our passion for health and fitness.
What You'll Be Doing
* Actively engaging with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend tailored solutions
* Delivering compelling tours of our modern, state-of-the-art facility
* Converting leads into new memberships and achieving KPI targets
* Providing friendly, ongoing support to existing members
* Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Assisting with day-to-day cleaning tasks to ensure our facilities is clean and safe for members to enjoy
* Working collaboratively with your team to drive business growth
What we're looking for
* Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or health industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about health and fitness
* Availability to work a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts
