You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, guide them from concept through approval. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and local government to provide clear advice, manage applications with a young vibrant multidisciplinary team. Key ResponsibilitiesLearn to bring on new projects through business development prospecting. Prepare, lodge, and manage development applications, subdivision proposals, and structure plans. Provide high‐quality statutory and strategic planning advice. Lead project coordination with architects, engineers, surveyors, and government agencies. Manage client relationships and deliver clear, commercially focused recommendations. Assist in business development through proposal writing and repeat client engagement. Mentor junior planners and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. About YouYou're an experienced planning professional who can confidently manage projects, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively with industry stakeholders. We're looking for someone with: A tertiary qualification in Urban & Regional Planning or equivalent. 4+ years' experience in statutory planning (private or government). Strong working knowledge of WA planning frameworks and approval pathways. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
