Senior Psychologist – Critical Incidents

Human Psychology is one of South Australia's largest and most innovative providers of EAP, critical incident, and workplace wellness and consulting solutions. We're growing and looking to expand our team.
You will be an experienced, values-driven psychologist who enjoys supporting people to think, feel, and perform better. This role focuses on Critical Incident Management Support and trauma support, and we have both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
Assess clients' presenting concerns and related risk.
Use short-term, solution-focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills and strategies to achieve them.
Provide counselling to individuals with a variety of presenting issues including, but not limited to, mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work-life concerns.
Work autonomously with your clients, ensuring best practice in your approach to client work.
Develop networks with both internal and external subject-matter experts.

Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issues.
Brief therapy, solution-focused intervention skills.
AHPRA registration and a Medicare provider number.
Critical incident experience.
