Job Summary
Our organisation is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our national sales strategy, driving revenue growth and expansion into large corporate and Government markets.
* Develop and execute a multi-year business plan that delivers sustainable revenue and margin growth across a sales portfolio of complex clients.
* Design and implement initiatives to enhance sales productivity and efficiency within the external sales team.
* Identify and proactively drive cross-functional improvements to boost customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing sales teams.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales environments targeting large enterprise and/or Government clients, preferably within a similar industry.
* Demonstrated success in building, reporting and continuously improving high-quality sales pipelines (deal count, value, win rates, pipeline velocity).
