Lead our dynamic team at Ramsay Pharmacy Coffs Discount Chemist We are seeking a passionate Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations, inspire our on-site team and provide top tier pharmacy services to our valued customers. Lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers.
Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential
Mandatory Requirements
Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
