Reporting the National Property Manager, your duties will include:
Preparation of maintenance budgets annually including monitoring/reporting on the maintenance budget
Accurate consultant and contractor Invoice Processing including creation of Purchase Orders
Compiling tenant outgoings reconciliations and supporting documentation
Analyze and resolve tenant outgoings enquiries and contractor invoice enquiries
Updating tenancy schedule
Fixed and CPI rent review calculations
Maintaining and updating department spreadsheets as directed by manager
And other adhoc duties
