About Your New Job:
You will work closely with the Key Account Manager, supporting experienced sales professionals who aim to grow and strengthen their skills. Your key duties include:
1. Initial contact for new inquiries and existing relationships.
2. Providing administration and sales support to the Accounts Team.
3. Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
4. Building relationships with key accounts, new business, and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Management of incoming orders, stock, and sales updates.
6. Providing quotes and purchase orders.
7. Assisting Account Managers and Sales Team in closing opportunities.
About You:
* Prior experience in Sales Administration or Coordinator roles.
* Background in the Power tool Industry is highly regarded but not essential.
* High attention to detail and drive to succeed.
* Organized with exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
* Drive and determination to achieve the best outcome and results.
