Sales and Account Manager - Ag Tech Solutions

The Role
As the Sales and Account Manager, you will be the face of the business in your region, responsible for driving adoption of terrain management technology and building lasting relationships with key agricultural stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of farm, contractor, and dealer accounts across SE Queensland.
Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions (software, hardware, services).
Deliver product demonstrations, trials, technical support & training to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, development) and external partners (dealers) to tailor solutions.
Achieve or exceed sales targets (revenue, margin, growth) on a regular basis.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to expand share.
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership.
About You
You bring a strong background in agricultural technology, precision farming, or related field sales, with excellent communication, commercial acumen, and self-drive.
Essential Criteria
Proven B2B / field sales experience (3+ years), ideally in agtech, agricultural machinery, or precision farming.
Comfortable running consultative sales cycles with technical products.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence across multiple stakeholder levels.
Self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently in a field territory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in CRM, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently within region.
