In this role, you will manage the development and delivery of a site specific Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAM). Manage the delivery of the Critical Asset Replacement program for The Star Entertainment Group to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with organisational policies.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure compliance with The Star Entertainment Group Code of Conduct, all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, labour hire, guests and visitors through co-operation with management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and the responsibilities outlined in the WHS Management System
- Development and delivery of SAMP's for the Queensland properties
- Delivery of the Asset Assessment and Assurance Framework, and, Operational Programs and Processes, that ensures Star Queensland physical asset base is accurately assessed and critical information is defined for strategic decision making
- Manage the development of Property Management Capital Program for Star Queensland and oversee the administration and delivery of program and projects to plan
- Development of improvement strategies to deliver annual improvements in asset performance, operational costs and sustainability.
- Accurate measurement and timely reporting of all KPI's and management reports
**The following skills or training is advantageous**:
- Accurate measurement and timely reporting of all KPI's and management reports
- Technical qualifications: Preference is University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Design or a related Property qualification.
- Extensive experience in property or construction industry
- Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation
