**Accounts / Administration Coordinator **to to join their small and fast growing family business in the high end machinery industry

**THE ROLE**:
Joining the administration team your day to day will include:
- Customer machine orders, invoicing and finance support
- Telegraphic Transfers
- Monthly sales rep commission payments
- Manage and maintain chart of accounts
- Coordination and management of office cars, phones, insurance etc
- Administrative support to the management team
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Previous similar experience in a admin/accounts support role
- Experience managing and maintaining chart of accounts
- Experience using Xero or other accounting software
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Highly organised and ability to multitask
- Fun and easy going who likes to have a laugh
