Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Patient Liaison Officer.


Key Responsibilities

* Assess patient eligibility and guide financial elections to ensure accurate revenue capture.
* Support private and compensable patient processes by working with clinical and administrative teams.
* Manage overseas visitor billing and provide education to staff on revenue procedures.


Requirements

* Exceptional customer service, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve with limited guidance.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
* Accurate judgment in applying financial classifications and NSW revenue-related policies.
* Ability to undertake documentation reviews and quality checks.
