You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of between 150–200 properties depending on your experience, with responsibilities including owner & tenant communication, ingoings, outgoings, routine inspections, maintenance coordination & general portfolio management. Leasing is handled entirely by a separate team, giving you the time & space to manage your portfolio properly!
