Key Responsibilities
As a Paralegal you will be responsible for running a high-volume, front-end litigation practice with a focus on recoveries across the insurance and commercial sector.
* Prepare court documents and applications related to debt recovery;
* Assist in the preparation of legal documents for enforcement;
* Collaborate with clients and actively participate in court proceedings across Australia;
* Provide essential legal administrative support, including online court filing, drafting, and amending correspondence, and conducting legal research;
* Engage in customer service-focused activities, regularly communicating with clients and involved parties via phone and email;
