Quality Manager – Aged Care
Salary: Up to $145,000 + benefits
Location: Multi‑site role across four facilities (travel to regional Victoria required)
We are searching for an experienced aged care professional who thrives on leading change, elevating standards, and driving real quality outcomes. We want a true expert in aged care quality, compliance, and governance, ready to guide our organisation through the new Strengthened Aged Care Standards and upcoming re‑accreditation.
Responsibilities:
* Champion excellence across all four residential aged care facilities.
* Lead accreditation readiness, embed best practices, and ensure readiness for the future of aged care.
* Collaborate closely with Service Managers and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential aged care in a quality or compliance/leadership role.
* Expert‑level knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Standards and aged care governance.
* Proven ability to conduct comprehensive internal audits and drive measurable quality improvements.
* Strong understanding of current aged care policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
* Leadership that inspires; ability to guide and influence staff during significant change.
* Flexibility to travel between facilities, including regular travel to regional Victoria.
* Ability to represent the organisation at key meetings (Board, Clinical, Food Focus, etc.).

Virtual GP – Telehealth & Face‑to‑Face Consultation
Salary/Benefits: $180–$275+GST per hour (casual contract) – hourly rate depends on location.
Locations: Victoria, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct virtual consultations using Microsoft Teams for residents in aged care facilities.
* Travel to the aged care facility once a month to perform on‑site assessments and care.
* Verify Teams links, access and review NH's IT systems, examine previous consultation notes.
* Address pending results, carry out consultations, complete required paperwork, and collaborate with nursing staff.
* Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed, signed, and sent to nursing staff.
