Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position in a high-end restaurant or hospitality establishment.
* Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of modern cooking techniques and ingredients.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
* Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (desirable).
