As part of this evolution, they are seeking a commercially minded Chief Operating Officer to lead the next stage of supply chain, manufacturing, and operational improvement.
About your new Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Chief Operating Officer will lead the full operational function across supply chain, procurement, production, warehousing, logistics and safety.
This role will play a critical part in improving efficiency, reducing operational complexity, and building a more scalable manufacturing and supply chain model.
The three key pillars of success will be:
* Reducing reliance on local manufacturing by increasing offshore manufacturing partnerships across Asia
* Improving supply chain efficiency, visibility, and delivery performance
* Strengthening quality control across local and overseas production
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the operations function across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics and safety
* Develop and execute an offshore manufacturing strategy with trusted supplier partners across Asia
* Improve supply chain processes, systems, planning, and delivery performance
* Strengthen quality control frameworks across suppliers, production, and finished goods
* Lead and develop the operations leadership team, creating accountability and a high-performance culture
* Work closely with the Managing Director and executive team to align operations with broader commercial goals
About You
You are a hands-on, commercially focused operations leader who understands manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier-led production environments.
You will bring:
* Strong experience working with offshore suppliers, preferably across Asia
* Proven ability to improve supply chain performance and reduce operational cost
* A strong understanding of quality control, supplier management, and production planning
* Experience leading warehousing, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing teams
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence working closely with executive leadership
