**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Officer/Coordinator Support**:
- Provide **general administrative support** across the employee lifecycle.
- **Review and improve current policies** and procedures, ensuring they meet best practices and compliance standards.
- **Engage stakeholders** to gather feedback for policy revisions.
- **Research best practices** and legal requirements to enhance policies.
- **Draft and revise policies**, incorporating feedback and research findings.
- **Ensure legal compliance** with internal or external legal reviews.
- **Project manage policy approval** processes through internal systems.
- **Update documentation** on all HR materials and internal systems.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Experience**: Previous **Government experience** preferred to understand policy, procedures, and governance nuances.
- **HR Background**: A strong **generalist HR background**.
- **Professionalism**: A high level of **integrity, ethical behaviour**, and a **constructive approach**.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills to **influence stakeholders** effectively.
