Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 +
We're partnering with a leading APAC consulting firm delivering large-scale transmission, substation, and renewable energy projects across the region.
Appointing a Design Manager to lead a design team on high-profile major projects, including solar, BESS, substation, transmission and hybrid energy developments.
What you'll do
* Lead and manage design delivery for major HV and substation projects across APAC.
* Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure design packages meet technical, commercial, and client expectations.
* Drive client engagement and act as the technical point of contact.
* Mentor and develop junior engineers and foster a high-performing design culture.
* Support tender design and ECI activities for large-scale renewable and T&D projects.
What we're looking for
* Strong track record as a Design Manager or Lead Electrical Engineer on major substation and transmission projects.
* Experience in renewable energy projects (solar, BESS, hybrid) highly desirable.
* Skilled in earthing systems, HV and LV design, secondary systems, and HV cables.
* Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
* Excellent technical review, design oversight, and project delivery experience.
