Defense Proposal Lead

This position oversees the creation and submission of defense proposals for Bombardier aircraft in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for the proposal, analyze client needs, and ensure that the proposal includes a compelling value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and issues.
* Collaborate with CX internal teams to gather input for the proposal.
* Ensure pricing is aligned with company goals and covers necessary costs.
* Present proposal to customer in support of sales team efforts.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering or technical program management at Bombardier Aerospace or equivalent activities.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
* Ability to effectively negotiate and manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in proposal and/or project management.
* Knowledge of aircraft systems and special mission equipment.
* NATO Secret security clearance.
