About the role: Collaborate with highly trained multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality care Oversee recruitment, rostering, work allocation, and attendance within the ward, ensuring resources align with operational needs Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution to ensure optimal service delivery Represent the unit at meetings and committees, advocating for the needs and interests of patients and staff Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the nursing team About you: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and implement innovative solutions Demonstrated clinical leadership ability to develop, lead and manage a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships Genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the growth of your team members Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience Why SALHN?
