Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring positive and professional communication
2. Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation and administration
3. Develop, review, and maintain personalized care plans in consultation with residents, families, and carers based on assessment findings of individual needs
4. Ensure compliance with quality indicators and standards
5. Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams
6. Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement
7. Assist in the review and maintenance of clinical programs and initiatives
To be successful in this role:
* Current APHRA Registration
* Current National Criminal History Record (Police Check)
* Strong written and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an Aged Care Facility
* Valid Working Rights
* COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirements
