An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Officer - Payroll & Accounts.
What you'll do:
* End-to-end weekly payroll processing using FoundU (including onboarding, maintenance of employee records, leave, terminations, allowances and deductions)
* Payroll administration including superannuation, salary sacrifice, child support and Paid Parental Leave (PPL) obligations
* Accounts Payable using Xero and Lightyear – invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and payment runs
* Support for debtor/receipting tasks and banking as required
* Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Stock-related administration including stocktake support and stock movements
* General administration support and backup for other admin functions as required
What we're looking for:
* Strong payroll experience with a high attention to detail and confidentiality
* Solid general bookkeeping knowledge and confidence with reconciliations
* Experience with Xero (FoundU highly regarded)
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach
* Able to work autonomously, manage deadlines and adapt quickly to new systems/processes
* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience (or equivalent capability)
