**About the role**:
We have a position for an energetic, enthusiastic Parts Accessories Manager who has the ability, experience and motivation to work on the dealership floor as well as develop and train our Parts Accessories team based at our Geelong dealership. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this senior management position is responsible for all areas of our fast-paced Parts, Accessories and Clothing department. You will naturally lead from the front and have a very strong focus on team and development. You must be available to work every Saturday with a day off during the week.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Managing a team across all Parts, Accessories and Clothing departments
- Managing all individual and team sales targets and KPI achievement
- Inventory management; oversee the stock ordering and dealership stock control within your departments
- Staff management; recruitment, team training and ongoing staff development, performance management and building a strong team culture
- Reporting on all aspects of your department; daily, weekly and monthly.
- Manage supplier relationships regarding credits and customer returns
- Ensuring we have exceptional Customer Service and management of customer escalations
- You will be working very closely with other department Managers to assist their departments to meet their goals. Our Managers understand that teamwork is the key to success
**About you**:
- A minimum of 2 years of Automotive/Motorcycle/Truck parts management or leadership experience in a fast-paced retail business.
- You have great character, great attitude, great communication skills, and the drive to be a fantastic Peter Stevens team member
