The purpose of this role is to lead/implement projects involving Process Control Systems, Virtualisation, Networking, OT and Cyber solutions to successful completion and within budgeted time and cost constraints. To be responsible for the design and scope of a project, in line with Honeywell and industry best practice standards, design rules and guidelines.
Key Responsibility
Management of the Networks, OT and Cyber Projects Team, including training and team development for up to 10 engineers.
Supervision of the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle
Management of Networks & OT team resource planning, ongoing skills development and HSE compliance
Comply with current industry cyber security standards, benchmarks and frameworks such as IEC 62443, CIS, NIST.
Proactively drive quality and productivity through continuous improvement of
engineering processes and business practices
Effectively communicates with the Customer(s) to determine system design and detailed scope definition
Provide sales assistance for technical consultancy, estimation, proposal preparation, demonstration of capability
Coaches and supports assigned engineer(s) to ensure they can meet the requirements of their work.
Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget) are in place prior to commencing work.
Background
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Technology.
Relevant industry training and / or certification e.g. GICSP, CISSP, IEC62443 CFS, CCNA, MCSE, VCP or equivalent
5-8 years' technical expertise in solutions developed from CISCO Palo Alto, vmWare, DRAC, Microsoft Servers and Active Directory, Antivirus (McAfee, Symantec), Acronis, Backup management, Network management tools such as NextNine, Solarwinds, Kiwi CatTools etc.
Knowledge of Operational Technology and Industrial Cyber Security
Experience with COTS IT products (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, Antivirus, Backup solutions)
Experience in implementation of System infrastructure for one of the manufacturing industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining and Chemical Industrial Process.
