Overview

As a Scheduler at Summit Southwest, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of current residential builds. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, organisation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for interpreting contract documentation and producing accurate construction schedules that align with project timelines and client expectations. Working closely with estimators, supervisors, and procurement teams, you’ll coordinate materials, trades, and resources to support efficient workflow and high‑quality construction outcomes. In this role, you’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling systems and processes, helping the business achieve even greater consistency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

About You

You’re a detail‑oriented and proactive professional who enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable plans. With a strong understanding of construction documentation and sequencing, you take pride in producing accurate schedules that keep projects on track. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams makes you a trusted point of contact in the construction process. You’re organised, analytical, and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

- A solid understanding of construction terminology, plans, and documentation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- A collaborative mindset with clear communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement
