Responsibilities
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the transport, construction, and industrial sectors .
* Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions using Sarens' state-of-the-art engineering capabilities.
* Lead the development of bids and proposals for engineered transport projects.
* Conduct on-site meetings and deliver presentations with impact to showcase our expertise.
* Monitor and drive sales KPIs .
* Represent Sarens at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within transport, logistics, or heavy lifting .
* Strong understanding of technical documents (e.g., drawings, load specs) and proposal development.
* Knowledge of industry standards and competitive landscape.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
* An ambitious proactive approach to drive for excellence.
* Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
* Eligible to work in Australia .
