Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the transport, construction, and industrial sectors.
Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions using Sarens' state-of-the-art engineering capabilities.
Lead the development of bids and proposals for engineered transport projects.
Conduct on-site meetings and deliver presentations with impact to showcase our expertise.
Monitor and drive sales KPIs.
Represent Sarens at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
3 to 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within transport, logistics, or heavy lifting.
Strong understanding of technical documents (e.g., drawings, load specs) and proposal development.
Knowledge of industry standards and competitive landscape.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
An ambitious proactive approach to drive for excellence.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
