Key Responsibilities:
* Learning Strategy Development: Identify specific learning requirements for each department through annual education needs analysis
* Educational Activities: Ensure educational activities meet the needs and expectations of our customers, with current knowledge of nursing and healthcare best practices
* Team Management: Participate in the development and management of the education team to meet budget targets
* Mandatory Training: Coordinate training and education to facilitate staff compliance with national benchmarks
Requirements:
* AHPRA Registration: Must hold current registration with AHPRA and a practising certificate
* Certificate IV: Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership roles
* Ongoing Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development
