About Mundrabilla Roadhouse
Mundrabilla Roadhouse is a family-owned and operated roadhouse, motel, and caravan park located on the historic Mundrabilla Station along the iconic Eyre Highway. We're a busy, welcoming hub for travellers, known for our hearty homestyle meals, great coffee, and friendly service.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced cook to join our team and help maintain our reputation for serving delicious pub-style meals. You'll be preparing meals from our all-day menu, including daily specials and freshly baked treats for our goodie box. This is a full-time role, offering 40-50 hours per week in a busy but friendly environment .
Key Responsibilities
* -Prepare and cook a variety of pub-style meals, daily specials, and baked treats
* -Create consistent, well-presented, and tasty meals for our customers
* -Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen, ensuring food safety standards in an efficient manner
* -Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
* -Assist with front-of-house service, bar duties, housekeeping, and barista tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
* -Experience in cooking, ideally in a pub or roadhouse setting
* -Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
* -RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one
* -Ability to work well in a fast-paced, busy environment, under pressure
* -Positive attitude, flexibility, and a sense of humour
* -Couples and singles are welcome to apply
