ABOUT THE ROLE
Momentum Collective is seeking a dedicated RN to audit, train, and support staff in safe and effective medication administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with medication policies and procedures
* Deliver practical medication management training and sign-off for all relevant staff
* Update training materials to reflect current evidence-based practices
* Provide expert guidance on complex medication cases
* Visit and audit sites from Tweed Heads to Coffs Harbour to ensure safety and compliance
* Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance team to meet regulatory standards
* Support staff in meeting individual client care needs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong background in training and assessment
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Unencumbered Driver's Licence
* NDIS Worker Screening and satisfactory criminal record check
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of health issues affecting people with disability
