Are you passionate about working in a fast-paced retail environment? We are an independently owned and operated site looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a long-term casual position.
Role Overview:The site operates from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 365 days a year. This role involves customer service, console operation, hospitality, hotbox cooking, stock replenishment, merchandising, and general cleaning.
The successful applicant will be required to complete online training prior to onsite training.
Schedule and Hours: We are looking for someone available to work a minimum of 24 hours a week on a rotating roster, which includes every second weekend. You must be available for weekends and all public holidays. The shifts are closing shifts from 12.45pm - 9.15pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
* Operate point of sale and handle cash accurately.
* Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Perform food preparation and cleaning duties with attention to detail.
* Manage store presentation, stock rotation, and stock ordering.
Selection Criteria:
* Retail experience (stock control and hospitality experience is an advantage).
* Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* Effective communication skills with customers, staff, and management.
* Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable transport and proximity to Yandina.
* Ability to fill shifts at short notice.
* Commitment to working in a strictly non-smoking environment.
