About the Role
The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting internal financial performance and delivering insights that drive commercial decision-making.
This position is responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical support for senior stakeholders.
It is well suited to a proactive accountant who enjoys partnering with the business and improving financial processes.
Key Responsibilities\
Prepare monthly management reporting packs including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with internal stakeholders across the organisation
Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational performance
Build and maintain dashboards, financial models and reporting tools
Support cashflow management, scenario modelling and ad-hoc financial analysis
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls
Assist with year-end activities and audit support
Work closely with senior leaders to provide high-quality financial advice
About You
Previous experience within Professional Services
Demonstrated experience in management accounting or financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in financial modelling and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
Clear and confident communicator, able to translate financial data into meaningful insights
Proactive, commercially focused and organised
Experience in professional services or a similar environment is advantageous
