This Management Accountant role sits within a large, vertically integrated manufacturing business experiencing ongoing growth across its supply chain. Known for its strong culture, internal progression and impressive staff tenure, the business offers a commercially focused environment where finance plays a genuine role in operational decision-making.
Reporting into a very strong Finance Manager, this position provides hands-on exposure to a major operating business unit and the opportunity to influence performance in a complex, fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and forecasts
* Lead budgeting and cost control processes across the manufacturing business unit
* Partner closely with operational leaders to provide commercial insight
* Analyse variances, trends and drivers to support business decisions
* Contribute to ERP and BI enhancements, improving data and reporting capability
About You
* Experience as a Management or Commercial Accountant
* Background in manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly complex environment
* Strong Excel skills with proven budgeting and financial modelling capability, Power BI experience also beneficial
* ERP experience essential, and keen interest in new implementations
* Commercial mndset with the ability to engage confidently with operations
