**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding - Manage all onboarding activities.
- HR Administration - Administer HR documents including employment contracts, letters, filing and ensure employee records are updated on HRIS.
- Assist and support other HR projects as required by the manager.
**About You**:
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential.**:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with staff, managers and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to details and ability to analyse and resolve problems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
