With expansion to their business, there is an opportunity for a Logistics Delivery Analyst to join the Sydney team.
About the role:
This position Logistics Delivery Analyst reports into the National Warehouse & Transport Manager and is predominately responsible for delivering valuable insights into the operational health and to identify common trends, anomalies and areas of concern.
The insights and accuracy provided by this role is critical to ensure the business is able to have visibility to ensure objectives from all parties are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting for Logistics
Responsible for sending out daily reports to 3PL and Internal stakeholders not limited to the below.
Below are some examples
- Tracking and daily reporting on pending IOD and analysing failure reason
- Daily Futile delivery and analysing rootcause for failed delivery
- Weekly KPI reporting internally and RHQ
- Inventory gap reporting
- Fornightly inbound and outbound volume forecast reporting to 3PL
- Claims Ledger weekly reporting
- Adhoc reporting
System Update
The logistics delivery analyst is required to manage the ERP system and to ensure all items are addressed to ensure there is no disruption to the system management.
- Monitor and correct EDI error
- Monitor and updating delivery leadtime in NERP
- Managing the EDI and ERP system to address any anomalies and trouble shooting as required
Innovation
There are continual process improvement innovations required to ensure and maintain the quality delivery service.
- Working closely with operations to understand the manual process and work with partners move to automation
About You:
- Degree qualified with a relevant discipline in Logistics, Business or Commerce.
An exposure to operational, strategic and commercial aspects of supply chain management
- Some experience in logistics or business analysis or proven ability to apply logic in previous work experience.
