About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to scope, price and guide clients through their renovation projects while ensuring accuracy and a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Clearly explain scope, inclusions and project outcomes
* Provide practical advice and guide clients through solutions
* Prepare clear, fixed-price proposals aligned with company standards
* Conduct in-home consultations and accurately scope renovation works
* Support the sales process through strong documentation and handover
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* High attention to detail with solid organisational ability
* Strong communication and customer relationship skills
* Valid Driver's Licence and ability to obtain a Police Check
* Trade qualification in Carpentry, Cabinet Making or similar
* Experience in scoping and pricing within renovations or construction
