About the role
Join the team at Golf Cars Australia Pty Ltd as a Parts Sales specialist. In this full-time role based in Helensvale, Queensland, you will be responsible for assisting customers with all their parts and accessories needs for golf carts and utility vehicles.
What you'll be doing
* Provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of clients, both in-person and over the phone
* Accurately identify the right parts and accessories for customer requirements
* Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of parts
* Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments
* Assist with inventory management and stock control
* Provide support and advice to the wider sales team as needed
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a customer-facing parts or accessories sales role, ideally within the automotive or recreational vehicle industry
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify the right parts and accessories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* A passion for the automotive and recreational vehicle industry
