Business Development Specialist

Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in professional-client relationship management.
* Previous experience in Business Development/Account Management/Client Relationships Management in a marketing agency.
* Willingness to engage proactively with clients for effective communication and relationship building.
* Strong understanding of agency challenges and a passion for identifying root causes of issues.
* Proven expertise in conducting client meetings, deep-dive sessions, and WIP meetings.
* Native English speaker or Fluent English speaker with Australian, US, UK, New Zealand, or Neutral accent.
* Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO and PPC.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a minimum project duration of 3 months.
* Demonstrable problem-solving and risk reduction skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
