**Work with a HR team to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and HR administration processes in an organisation of approx. 500 employees.**
**The Role**
The Recruitment/HR Coordinator will work under the guidance of the HR Business Partners to ensure proper administration and coordination of HR processes across the organisation.

**What you need to bring**
- Qualification in Human Resource Management or working towards
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in administration, recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Demonstrated ability to build productive and professional relationships
- Current and contemporary knowledge of best practice HRM
- Ability to operate with a mindset of best practice and continuous improvement
- High level of honesty, integrity, confidentiality and teamwork
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check. (previously known as ‘Child-Related Employment Screening Clearance’)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver’s licence
**Desirable**
- Experience working in a large not-for-profit organisation
- Experience working within the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award 2010
- Experience using Preceda Payroll, HR Onboard, Expr3ss Recruitment, Kineo and Microsoft Teams
- Australian Human Resources Institute Membership
