The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Handling account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities.
* Providing the first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs.
* Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence.
* Working towards achieving both individual KPI's and team revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
* Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with clients.
* Multi-tasking while navigating various technologies and platforms.
* Partnering with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
* Adhering to company policy, call handling guidelines, compliance, laws, and regulations.

Skill and Experience Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
* A sound understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines.
* A passion for helping clients who serve the community daily.
* An interest in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment.
* An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast-paced position.
* Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of the team.
* Tier 1 Compliance qualification is highly desired but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
