Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
* Providing 1st & 2nd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
* Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve IT issues within the Helpdesk.
* Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
* Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
* Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience of providing level 1st & 2nd IT support.
* Sound knowledge of Windows & Linux OS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Azure, Veeam, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
* Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly regarded.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
* A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
