About The Position
To support the continued national and international growth at Cullen Jewellery, we are expanding our Software Engineering team and are looking for talented individuals to join us!

As part of our team, you'll be maintaining and enhancing core systems, working with different departments and stakeholders within the company who will benefit from these projects. You’ll have a high-performing team around you where you can seek support and guidance, making this role ideal for someone early in their career.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Maintain and enhance core systems, including our Phone System and CRM.
* Collaborate with the development team to implement system improvements and new features.
* Assist in UI development for new projects when required.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.
* Work collaboratively within a team of tech professionals, contributing to team projects and sharing knowledge.
* Participate in defining and evolving standard practices and procedures to ensure high-quality software solutions.
What are we seeking?
* Demonstrated experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or equivalent in a junior to mid capacity.
* Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and Rust.
* Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
* Collaborative nature with the ability to work harmoniously within a team of professionals.
* Clear and concise communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
