This is a part-time role, based on HIGA Level 3, perfect for those who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences and being part of a team that celebrates local culture.
About the Role:
Welcome and greet every guest with warmth and authenticity.
* Understanding our offerings, menu, service style, and promotional activities.
* Provide great customer service, sharing your own unique story and style.
* Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, and specialty beverages to a high standard.
* Receiving and processing guest payments accurately.
* Collaborating with our Events team and kitchen to provide seamless service across our F&B offerings.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Communication and customer service skills—approachable and articulate.
* Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits.
* Strong attention to detail—creating amazing guest service moments with the team.
