The Opportunity
Erilyan's eighth collaborative project with long‐term partner Equinix resulted in an award‐winning extension to the existing SY5 Data Centre. This complex build involved the delivery of four integrated data halls and a new post‐tensioned structure, all while maintaining zero disruption to the existing facility. As we continue to grow our presence on site with the next stages of delivery, we are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team in Alexandria.
In this role, you will plan and supervise site construction activities, while ensuring safety, quality and environmental obligations are met by:
* Ensuring all construction work is adequately planned before commencement, including early engagement with subcontractors, ensuring pre‐start requirements and activities are complete.
* Managing subcontractors and site activities, coordinating resources, logistics, and short to medium term programs to achieve project milestones.
* Understanding the subcontract requirements and proactively monitoring project progress to ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.
* Promoting and reinforcing a strong HSEQ culture on site, leading by example through inductions, inspections, SWMS reviews, and proactive hazard management.
* Working collaboratively with the project team, subcontractors, consultants, and client to enable efficient delivery and positive project outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience
* You have proven experience supervising packages of work on projects and project scope, preferably in large‐scale infrastructure or Data Centre projects.
* You hold a trade qualification or a degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
* You are highly proactive and have exceptional communication skills.
* You have experience with construction management systems such as Hammertech and Procore (desirable).
