Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate the delivery of education services activities and projects for surgeons and aspiring surgeons.
The ideal candidate will effectively manage the successful delivery of educational courses throughout Australia, including face-to-face courses, workshops, online learning and resources.
* Coordinate and support faculty members to deliver activities, including faculty recruitment, retention and reward and recognition.
* Oversee participant enrolments, including registrations and withdrawals.
* Monitor revenue and expenditure of courses.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Completion of a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management or Education, or relevant work experience.
* Experience coordinating events and educational workshops.
* High level customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy at all levels.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, correspondence and other documentation.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally and solve problems effectively.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Intermediate level understanding of database systems and reporting, including Dynamics365.
