**IT Tech Manager**
We are currently seeking an IT Tech Manager for CAF Rail Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Propose and support the development, improvement and continuous optimization of the information systems and quality standards of the area.
- Maintain the network architecture.
- Install, test, maintain and update computer equipment and software, guaranteeing the operability and availability of IT systems and related services.
- Maintain the operability and availability of IT systems and related services.
- Perform software upgrades and patches (bios, firmware upgrades, etc.)
- Troubleshoot various M365 issues including connectivity and mobility.
- Maximize the return of the M365 package.
- Manage and maintain the different software platforms, including the purchase of licenses, renewals and cancellations of the service.
- Maintain communication flow with the parent company and ensure the coordination of the implementation of ICT projects in the parent company and subsidiaries.
- Manage and maintain the data center (CPD) of the company.
- Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings.
- Plan, execute and monitor the actions to achieve the objectives of the area.
- Develop IT KPIs and implement Corporate internal procedures in IT matters.
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure.
- Advise and support the internal client in IT solution projects.
- Training and educating end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc)
- Give support to the internal client in the resolution of doubts, incidents and requests.
- New user setup and orientation including installing and configuring workstations, software, telephone services, network printing, etc.
