Role Overview
We are seeking passionate graduate Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading program, where you will develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and community. You will be supported throughout your journey to become a skilled and confident clinician.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for occupational therapists to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial needs. As an OT in our team, you will conduct assessments and design therapy plans in various environments, from client homes to day centres, parks and clinic rooms.
* Conduct thorough assessments and create impactful therapy plans in diverse settings.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
* Build strong relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting participants with disability to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
* An NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
